To be a ebay seller you should have a verified paypal account.

How to create an eBay account.

1. Goto ebay.com and click on register link
2. On the Registration page, fill in your personal information.
3. Choose a username and password & enter your email address.
4. Tick terms of service check the boxes and click continue.
5. eBay will ask you a land line or mobile number to call or send the verification code. Select either option and verify your eBay account.
6. Next you have to create a PayPal account, verify it and attach it with your eBay account

• Goto paypal.com and click on register link.
• Fill your personal information including your billing address, phone number & email address.
• Verification email will be send to your email and verify your email address(This will not verify your PayPal account).
• Goto verify link and attach your credit card with PayPal. Check your credit card statement (or online transaction log) and enter 4 digit PayPal code. This will verify your PayPal account and you can use this to have a eBay seller account.
